Zusammenfassung
Die DBT (Dialektisch-Behaviorale Therapie) wurde als störungsspezifisches Konzept für chronisch suizidale Patientinnen entwickelt. Diese Therapieform wird laufend erweitert und auch in Zusammenhang mit komorbiden Störungen eingesetzt. Im Kapitel Skills-Training wird zudem auch auf die Besonderheiten im ambulanten Bereich und in der freien Praxis eingegangen. In Bezug auf die BLS kann gesagt werden, dass eine komorbide PTSD die charakteristische Borderline-Symptomatik kaum beeinflusst, andererseits eine hohe Korrelation zwischen dissoziativer Symptomatik, Pseudohalluzinationen, Substanzmissbrauch, dem typischen Leeregefühl, der Gefühlstaubheit und Missbrauchserfahrungen besteht.
