Zusammenfassung
Digitale Führung muss dafür sorgen, dass sich Ensembles für ein optimales Zusammenspiel bilden. Ensembles gehen über einfache Teams hinaus und sorgen für ein hochprofessionelles und kompetenzorientiertes Zusammenspiel der einzelnen Akteure. Dabei braucht es Solo- wie auch unterstützende Aktivitäten. Auch hier findet eine wertebasierte Zusammenarbeit statt, die u. a. in Shared Storytelling ihren Ausdruck finden kann. Gefahren bestehen, ähnlich wie auch bei anderen Formen der Zusammenarbeit, in Konformitäten und sich entwickelndem Gruppendenken. Im digitalen Zeitalter stellen sich darüber hinaus Herausforderungen in Hinsicht auf Methoden der Performance-Messungen und Monitoring-Aktivitäten.
Letztendlich braucht es, um diesen Effekten entgegen zu wirken, Momente individueller Verantwortung, Integrität und authentischem Handeln jeder einzelnen Mitarbeiterin und von jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Dafür zu sorgen, dass dies möglich ist, ist eine zentrale Aufgabe der Führungskräfte.
