Zusammenfassung
Bei den klassischen Symptomen der somatoformen Störung haben psychotherapeutische Interventionen den höchsten Stellenwert. Antidepressiva sind aber immer dann indiziert, wenn komorbide Depression und Angststörungen vorhanden sind.
