Zusammenfassung

Die posttraumatische Belastungsstörung, die akute Belastungsstörung und die Anpassungsstörung werden jetzt nach DSM-5 unter dem Kapitel »Störungen durch schwere Belastungen und Stress« zusammengefasst. Dadurch wird der Bedeutung von Stressfaktoren in der Psychiatrie mehr Rechnung getragen. Das Burnout-Syndrom wird zusammen mit der Anpassungsstörung besprochen. Die Bedeutung der neuen Antidepressiva für die Therapie wird hervorgehoben.
