Abstract
The 4.4− style is characterized by moderate concern for production and people, and by a formal and indifferent attitude towards work and organization. He tends to avoid everything new. He tries to avoid any risk, any conflicts. He likes to do his work in accordance with the rules and instructions. His behaviour and way of thinking are dominated by conservatism. He likes to follow instructions accurately, he is afraid of new and unusual things.
