Abstract

High concern for production, low concern for people, positive attitude towards work and the organization, patronizing the treatment of subordinates that are perceived as immature and in need of care. Doesn’t accept objections, assumes mentoring, and protective position. The 7.1+ leader clearly defines borders of behaviour and takes initiatives both for himself and for others. He appreciates and is grateful for the staff members’ support, but does not accept any objections.
