Zusammenfassung

Vorgeschichte/Indikation: 7 Tage nach BG-lichem Polytrauma bei Kollision als Motorradfahrer mit einem entgegenkommenden PKW in einer Kurve. Neben weiteren Thorax- und Abdominalverletzungen wurde zudem die u.g. Becken-B-Verletzung initial mittels Beckenzwinge stabilisiert. Bei genannter Diagnose besteht die Indikation zur operativen Versorgung bei jetzt stabiler Kreislaufsituation.
