Zusammenfassung

Das Ekchondrom (auch Osteochondrom genannt) ist ein häufiger gutartiger Knochentumor bei Kindern. Der Tumor betrifft häufiger Jungen als Mädchen (Ratio 3:1). Das Prädilektionsalter liegt zwischen dem 10. und 12. Lebensjahr.
