Zusammenfassung

Neurofibrome sind benigne Tumoren. Sie bestehen aus proliferierenden, ungeordneten Schwann-Zellen, endoneuralem Mesenchym peripherer Nervenfasern und kollagenem Bindegewebe. Meist treten sie im Rahmen einer Neurofibromatose auf, bei der sie hauptsächlich den Körperstamm befallen.
