Zusammenfassung
Es gibt wichtige klinische Aspekte, die die Interpretation einer Mamma-MRT beeinflussen können, und die Untersuchung sollte mit dem Ziel betrachtet werden, die klinische Frage zu beantworten. Die klinische Frage oder die klinischen Probleme, wie zum Beispiel ein Knoten in der Mamma, Ausfluss aus der Mamille, Schwellung oder andere Symptome der Patientin sollten mitgeteilt werden. Als nächstes sollten jede Biopsie oder Operation, die Daten der Biopsie und die histopathologischen Ergebnisse berichtet werden.
