Zusammenfassung

Ältere Patienten erfahren einen ähnlichen Benefit hinsichtlich des Überlebens bei onkologischer Resektion und adjuvanter Therapie des PankreaskarzinomPankreaskarzinoms wie jüngere Patienten. Hiergegen muss eine erhöhte Morbidität und Mortalität bei Pankreasresektionen des älteren Patienten abgewogen werden. Die Indikation zur prophylaktischen Resektion von zystischen Präkanzerosen ist strenger zu stellen als bei jüngeren Patienten. Auf der Grundlage der aktuellen Daten ist anzunehmen, dass ältere Patienten von minimal-invasiven und parenchymsparenden Resektionen profitieren.
