Zusammenfassung

Intraspinale Zysten sind sehr seltene Entitäten, wobei hier neben Arachnoidalzysten auch neurenterische, ependymale Zysten sowie Epidermoid- und Dermoidzysten zusammengefasst werden. Intraspinale Arachnoidalzysten können entsprechend Richaud nach ihrer Beziehung zur Dura in 3 Typen eingeteilt werden: anteriore und laterale Meningozelen (Typ I), extradurale meningeale Zysten (Typ II) und intradurale Arachnoidalzysten (Typ III).
