Zusammenfassung

Die allergische bronchopulmonale Aspergillose ist eine seltene, oft spät diagnostizierte, allergische Erkrankung der Atemwege, die auf dem Boden eines Asthma bronchiale entsteht und durch eine komplexe Immunantwort auf A. fumigatus (oder seltener andere Pilze), die intrapulmonal gedeihen, zu schwerer, irreversibler Lungenschädigung führt. Die Diagnose lässt sich durch die Kombination typischer klinischer Zeichen, Laborparameter und Radiologie stellen.
