Abstract

Publishing papers in medical and scientific journals is an important way of communicating research results, whether you are working in an academic or a commercial environment (see also Chaps. 2 and 3). The advice given in this section applies whether you are a researcher wanting to publish a paper or a medical writer doing this on behalf of a researcher.

A drug is a substance which, if injected into a rabbit, produces a paper.
