Specification Features of Selected Categories

  • Chapter
Complexity Management with the K-Method

Abstract

In this paragraph the specification features of individual, selected categories will be discussed. Such features will probably be part of a price formula since they are cost drivers in the supplier’s production. As a reminder: the actual costs are not of interest here. For us, It is sufficient to know that the different values of a specification feature can trigger different costs for the supplier.
