Zusammenfassung

Insgesamt fehlt bei Eingriffen an den Extremitäten die Evidenz, die den Einsatz von Drainagen rechtfertigen würde. Dementsprechend werden diese nicht empfohlen, und es soll soweit wie möglich auf das Einlegen von Drainagen verzichtet werden. Vergleichbares gilt für intraoperative Tourniquets sowie die CPM.
