Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel umfasst die wichtigsten Informationen der S3-Leitlinie ″Behandlung akuter perioperativer und posttraumatischer Schmerzen″. Dazu gehören die Aufklärung, die Schmerzprophylaxe und die Schmerzmessung. Es folgt eine Übersicht über die Schmerztherapie im Aufwachraum. Dann werden die verschiedenen Verfahren der Analgesie wie PCA, PDK und periphere Nervenblockade dargestellt. Ein eigenes Kapitel ist der postoperativen Analgesie bei Kindern gewidmet.
