Zertifizierungsprogramme nationaler und internationaler Organisationen geben die Möglichkeit, Wissen im Projektmanagement auszubauen und bestätigen zu lassen. Auch firmenspezifisch gibt es oft entsprechende Qualifikationsprogramme. Zukünftig wird agiles Projektmanagement eine immer wichtigere Rolle einnehmen.
