Zusammenfassung
Makroreplantationen bedürfen einer diffizilen prä- und klinischen Versorgung in einem interdisplinären Replantationsteam. Neben der Gewährleistung der Polytraumaversorgung und mikrochirurgisch versierten Chirurgen muss auch eine bedarfsgerechte intensivmedizische Therapie vorhanden sein. »Ziel jeder Replantation ist über die bloße Wiederherstellung hinaus die Funktionsverbesserung« (Seiler et al. 1986). Hierzu bedarf es auch einer frühzeitigen intensiven Nachbehandlung in einem Team bestehend aus Physio-Ergotherapeuten, Sozialarbeitern und Psychologen.
