Zusammenfassung
Das postoperative Management mikrochirurgischer Eingriffe bedarf einer Risikoeinschätzung zwischen normalen und kritischen, mikrochirurgischen Patienten. Das risikoadaptierte Gerinnungsmanagement steht neben schmerztherapeutischen und volumemtherapeutischen Aspekten im Mittelpunkt der ersten 72 h nach dem Eingriff. Des Weiteren werden allgemeine und besondere Anforderungen an Lagerung und Atemtherapie dargestellt. Ab dem 5.–7. postoperativen Tag sind Maßnahmen der Lappenkonditionierung (»Lappentraining«) insbesondere für die untere Extremität wichtig. Wichtige Ansätze des Entlassungsmanagements nach mikrochirurgischen Eingriffen sowie DRG-relevante Aspekte der Planung von Folgeeingriffen werden zusammengefasst.
