Zusammenfassung

Die End-zu-Seit Anastomose ist die »Königsdisziplin« der Mikrochirurgie und wird immer dann angewendet, wenn eine wichtige Gefäßachse nicht geopfert werden soll. In diesem Kapitel werden alle gängigen End-zu-Seit-Anastomosentechniken im Detail beschrieben und es wird auf Schwierigkeiten und Besonderheiten eingegangen.
