Zusammenfassung
Kommunikation ist der Austausch von Mitteilungen zwischen Individuen. Hierzu gehört, dass ein sogenannter Sender ganz gezielt Informationen an einen sogenannten Empfänger weitergibt. Sender und Empfänger wechseln im Verlauf einer Kommunikation ständig ihre Rollen – der Sender wird zum Empfänger und der Empfänger wird zum Sender.
