Infarkt nach dem Coiling eines Aneurysmas

Zusammenfassung

Bei dem 62-jährigen Herrn F. wurde ein Aneurysma der A. communicans anterior als Zufallsbefund im Rahmen der Diagnostik aufgrund eines Posteriorteilinfarktes links entdeckt. An Vorerkrankungen bestanden eine arterielle Hypertonie, eine chronische Niereninsuffizienz Stadium III K/DOQI, ein Hämangiom der Leber und ein Nikotinabusus, der auch nach dem Schlaganfall fortgesetzt wurde. Die Hausmedikation bestand in ASS 100 mg, Metoprolol 47,5 mg, Torasemid 10 mg, Moxonidin 0,3 mg, Candesartan 32 mg. Aufgrund der Größe des Aneurysmas und den Gefäßrisikofaktoren wurde Herr F. zur elektiven Versorgung des Aneurysmas 4 Monate nach dem Schlaganfall aufgenommen.
