Abstract

Contemporary Logistics in China is a series of five books which were published yearly by the Research Center of Logistics at Nankai University since 2011, regarding the development status of China’s logistics. In order to help the readers of this present volume to have an overall grasp of the entire series, this chapter presents a synopsis of the intent, the history, the framework, the topical coverage, and the train of thought of the sequel.
