Zusammenfassung
Mithilfe der Farbdopplersonographie können pleuraständige Läsionen hinsichtlich des Ausmaßes von Flusssignalen untersucht und charakterisiert werden. Die Spektralkurvenanalyse erlaubt eine Gefäßcharakterisierung und Differenzierung von arteriellen anhand ihrer Widerstandindizes. Mithilfe der kontrastunterstützten Sonographie (KUS) können pleuraständige Lungenkonsolidierungen untersucht und hinsichtlich der bis zur Kontrastmittel (KM)-Anflutung dem Ausmaß und der Homogenität der KM-Anreicherung nach charakterisiert werden. So kann mithilfe der KUS eine pulmonalarterielle (PA) von einer bronchialarteriellen (BA) Gefäßversorgung differenziert werde. Die KUS ist hilfreich 1. in der Differenzierung der infektiösen von der embolischen Pleuritis, 2. in der Charakterisierung von flächenhaften Konsolidierungen und insbesondere im Erkennen von Komplikationen und atypischen Verläufen und 3. als Hilfe bei und nach Intervention am Thorax.
