Zusammenfassung

In diesem Beitrag werden theoretische Erkenntnisse zum Thema Scheitern, insbesondere Auslöser und der Umgang (Copingstrategien) damit beleuchtet. Anhand eines Fallbeispiels werden auf Grundlage des multikausalen Resilienzmodell von (Kumpfer, Resilience and development: Positive life adaptations, S. 179–224, 1999) Faktoren aufgezeigt, die als personale und soziale Ressourcen genutzt werden können, um mit einschlägigen Erfahrungen, wie Rückschlägen, Scheitern oder Niederlagen, insbesondere im Bereich Leistungs- bzw. Spitzensport umzugehen. Es werden Parallelen zum Bereich Management gezogen und Handlungsperspektiven für Führungspersonen aufgezeigt.

    Dargestellt wird hier immer nur die Perspektive der Führungsperson auf das eigene Scheitern. Gleichzeitig kann die Führungsperson diese Fragen mit seinen Teammitgliedern diskutieren, um gemeinsame Lösungen zu entwickeln. Somit kann jede Frage der Handlungsperspektiven I-V von der „Führungsperson“ auf die „Teammitglieder“ übertragen werden.
