Zusammenfassung
Die Diagnostik peri- bzw. intraanaler Hautveränderungen orientiert sich primär am klinischen Aspekt, also an den morphologischen Veränderungen des Hautorgans (Hautstatus). Die anodermale Auskleidung des Analkanals (schwach verhornendes Plattenepithel) kann bei verschiedenen Dermatosen beteiligt sein. Differenzialdiagnostische überlegungen können im zweiten Schritt mikrobiologische, molekularbiologische, serologische, allergologische, zytologische oder histopathologische Untersuchungen notwendig machen.
