Zusammenfassung
Harninkontinenz und Prolaps genitalis gehören neben Stuhlinkontinenz, Miktionsstörungen, Obstipation und »pelvic pain-Syndromen« zu den häufigsten Beckenbodenfunktionsstörungen. Die Lebensqualität der Betroffenen, in stetig ansteigender Anzahl, ist erheblich eingeschränkt. Im vorliegenden Kapitel wird die urogynäkologische Diagnostik im interdisziplinären Beckenbodenzentrum unter Einbeziehung zahlreicher Bilder aus der Praxis thematisiert.
