Abstract

This paper synthesized the existing research results about dynamic customer relationship management (DCRM) and the salvage cost of lost customer. According to characteristics of the estate project in post-earthquake reconstruction, this paper proposes the DCRM with salvage cost to discuss the behavior of customer and company, thus establishes the two-stage model in view of the DCRM with salvage cost. And in this paper, the synthesis algorithm which was based on genetic algorithm (GA) was put forward in view of the model’s solution.
