Zusammenfassung
Seit MacGyver gibt es ihn: den Mythos der Notfallkoniotomie mit Alltagsgegenständen wie einem Kugelschreiber. Der vorliegende Fall beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, inwieweit dieser Mythos in der Notfallrealität Bestand hat.
