Nicht immer, wie dieser Fall zeigt, sind die Symptome eindeutig auf ein Krankheitsbild zurückzuführen und nicht immer liegt nur ein Krankheitsbild vor – aber zum Glück gibt es, wie in dieser Situation, eine Therapie, die zwei Pathologien gleichzeitig behandeln kann.
