Abstract

In this chapter, we use GWF to substitute the polycrystalline graphene thin films to prepare GWF/silicon solar cell. Due to the high light transmittance, conductivity, and mechanical properties of graphene, the performance of GWF/silicon solar cell can be improved. Based on the mesh grid skeleton of graphene, solid, liquid, and gas function materials can be filled into it and their impacts on the performance of solar cells are investigated.
