Zusammenfassung
Das fünfte Kapitel des Buchs beschäftigt sich mit einem weiteren wichtigen Aufgabenbereich der Unternehmensführung: Personal und Führung. Die besondere Bedeutung dieser Teilaufgabe resultiert vor allem daraus, dass Unternehmen arbeitsteilige Systeme sind, in denen einzelne Menschen – die Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte des Unternehmens – unterschiedliche Teilaufgaben übernehmen, um die Produkte und Leistungen des Unternehmens zu erstellen und zu vermarkten. Sie müssen bei der Aufgabenerfüllung koordiniert und auf die Ziele des Unternehmens ausgerichtet werden. Personalführung und Personalmanagement besitzen daher im Rahmen der Unternehmensführung große Bedeutung.
