Zusammenfassung
Im neunten Kapitel wiederholen wir die Kernaussagen von Theorien und Modellen, die das Gesundheitsverhalten beschreiben und erklären, und nehmen damit Bezug auf das fünfte Kapitel. Im Folgenden streifen wir noch einmal die Determinanten des Verhaltens in Stichworten. Dann konzentrieren wir uns auf Techniken und Werkzeuge, die für die operative Umsetzung verhaltensorientierter Interventionen geeignet sind. Vor allem die fortdauernden Bemühungen der Arbeitsgruppe um Susan Michie (London, UK) werden referiert, die eine einheitliche Nomenklatur und Terminologie von Verhaltensänderungstechniken entwickelt.
