Zusammenfassung

Im sechsten Kapitel befassen wir uns mit der Evaluation, die in den Prozesszyklen (zum Beispiel dem PDCA) als abschließende Tätigkeit einer Intervention erscheint. Evaluation steht aber nicht nur am Ende der Prozesskette als summative Bewertung der Interventionswirkung, sie beginnt vielmehr bereits mit der Planung einer Intervention. In diesem Kapitel stellen wir drei Typen und vier Generationen der Evaluation vor und zeigen, welche Methoden zu welchem Evaluationsanlass passen, erläutern gängige Methoden und beschreiben drei Evaluationsmodelle näher.
