Zusammenfassung
Ein 2-jähriger Junge wird mit Fieber und Gehverweigerung in der Notaufnahme vorgestellt. Aufgrund eines Kurzdarmsyndroms wird das Kind dauerhaft parenteral ernährt. Bei Aufnahme ist das linke obere Sprunggelenk schmerzhaft, aber nicht geschwollen. Die Entzündungswerte sind erhöht. Das Kind wird stationär aufgenommen. Eine empirische Therapie wird begonnen.
