1½-jähriger Junge mit Fieber und Hautausschlag

Zusammenfassung

Ein 17 Monate alter Junge wird mit seit 5 Tagen bestehendem Fieber in der Notaufnahme vorgestellt. Am Tag vor der Aufnahme war eine antibiotische Therapie vom Kinderarzt initiiert worden. Vor einer Woche hatte der Junge Symptome einer oberen Atemwegsinfektion gezeigt. Im Verlauf ist das Fieber immer weiter gestiegen. Der Mutter hatte er einen zunehmend unleidlichen Eindruck gemacht. Am Morgen der Vorstellung war nun auch ein Ausschlag an den Beinen zu sehen. Klinisch präsentiert sich das Kind weinerlich und irritabel. Bei deutlich erhöhten Entzündungswerten erfolgt die stationäre Aufnahme. Nach Stellung der korrekten Diagnose wird umgehend eine Therapie eingeleitet. Zuvor erfolgt noch eine bildgebende Diagnostik.
