Zusammenfassung

Als Führungskraft haben Sie eine Reihe von Möglichkeiten, eine Teamidentität zu formen, zu stabilisieren oder zu verbessern. In diesem Abschnitt werde ich zunächst aufzeigen, dass Führungskräfte in ihrer Identifikation mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und dadurch sehr positive Effekte erzielen können. Anschließend werde ich auf das Thema Teamarbeit insgesamt etwas näher eingehen und schließlich einige Beispiele geben, wie man die Identität von Teams stärken kann.
