Zusammenfassung
Zusätzlich zu Weiterentwicklungen und Neuerungen bei den bereits in den vorherigen Kapiteln besprochenen diagnostischen Verfahren werden im neunten Kapitel neue Methoden vorgestellt, die in ihrer technischen Entwicklung weit fortgeschritten sind und deren Anwendung am Menschen aktuell in Studien weiter evaluiert wird: die optoakustische Bildgebung und die Zweiphotonen-angeregte selektive Melaninfluoreszenz. Es wird detailliert auf die verschiedenen Wirkprinzipien sowie bisher bekannte und mögliche Indikationen und Anwendungsbereiche eingegangen und weiterführende Literatur genannt. Eine Zusammenfassung zu den Vorteilen der nichtinvasiven Diagnostik und ein kurzer Ausblick runden das Kapitel ab.
