Zusammenfassung

Die „reaktive Extraktion“ ist eine Methode zur Gewinnung von Chemierohstoffen, wie langkettige Aliphaten oder Phenole, aus Braunkohlen. Bei Temperaturen zwischen 300 und 400 °C laufen Reaktionen zwischen einem reaktiven Lösungsmittel und organischen Komponenten der Kohle ab, die zur Absättigung pyrolytisch gebildeter Intermediate und zum Abbau der Kohlematrix führen. Unter optimalen Reaktionsbedingungen ist eine nahezu vollständige Wandlung in niedermolekulare, mit dem verwendeten Lösungsmittel extrahierbare Komponenten möglich. Im Folgenden werden nach einer thematischen Einführung der Einfluss wichtiger Reaktionsparameter auf die Produktausbeuten sowie die wichtigsten Reaktionswege vorgestellt und diskutiert. Darüber hinaus werden Verwendungsmöglichkeiten der einzelnen Produktfraktionen (fest, flüssig, gasförmig) aufgezeigt.
