Abstract
There exist closely related connections between economic cycle and economic growth process. They not only exert important influences on each other, but also are determined by different factors respectively. Therefore, if we want to understand Chinese economy, we need to combine short-term perspectives with long-term one. Only by doing so, can we make the right judgments on economic development stages and macroeconomic situation, and form targeted responding train of thoughts and policy measures.
