Zusammenfassung
Nitrile R–C≡N sind Anhydride primärer Carbonsäureamide R–C(=O)–NH2. Die Bindungsenthalpie-Tabelle ergibt für die Dehydratisierung R–C(=O)–NH2 → R–C≡N + H2O eine Wärmetönung von +19 kcal/mol. Die Dehydratisierung von Carbonsäuren liefert nach der Bruttogleichung 2 R–C(=O)–OH→R–C(=O)–O–C(=O) –R + H2O Carbonsäureanhydride.
