Zusammenfassung
Der Kalkaneusnagel (C-NAIL) ist ein Verriegelungsnagel für die minimalinvasive Osteosynthese der Kalkaneusfraktur. Der Nagel wird über Stichinzisionen eingebracht. Dadurch kann das Risiko einer postoperativen Kalkaneusosteitis gegenüber der Plattenosteosynthese über den ausgedehnten lateralen Zugang verringert werden. Gegenüber der minimalinvasiven Schraubenosteosynthese hat der Nagel den Vorteil, dass eine stabile Verbindung zwischen dem Sustentaculum- und dem Tuberfragment sowie dem Processus anterior calcanei erreicht wird. Es ist ein neues Implantat ohne Langzeiterfahrungen. Die Indikation zur Osteosynthese mit dem C-NAIL sollte nur durch Chirurgen mit ausreichender Erfahrung mit der offenen Plattenosteosynthese gestellt und im Sinne der Meistertechnik ausgeführt werden.
