Zusammenfassung

Sexuell übertragbare Krankheiten („sexually transmitted infections“, STI) sind Infektionskrankheiten, die vorwiegend, jedoch nicht ausschließlich, bei sexuellen Kontakten übertragen werden und deren Symptomatik vorwiegend die Anogenitalregion betrifft. Zu ihnen gehören Granuloma inguinale, Gonorrhoe, Herpes genitalis, HIV-Krankheiten, Molluscum contagiosum, Mykosen, Parasitosen, Papillomviruskrankheiten und die Syphilis.
