Zusammenfassung

Bei vesikulobullösen Erkrankungen kommt es zur Kontinuitätstrennung innerhalb der Epidermis und/oder an der Grenze zum Bindegewebe. Sehr viele ätiologisch völlig verschiedene Erkrankungen können zur Blasenbildung führen. Neben der Histologie kommt der direkten Immunfluoreszenz und der Serologie eine besondere Bedeutung zur Diagnosefindung zu.
