Zusammenfassung
Die Sicherstellung von Produktqualität und Systemzuverlässigkeit in technischen Systemen und Prozessen erfordert die Bereitstellung kritischer Informationen aus dem dynamischen Systemgeschehen. Allerdings ist die direkte Überwachung aller interessierenden Systemgrößen in den meisten Fällen aufgrund technischer Limitationen der verfügbaren Sensorik und des eingeschränkten Vorhandenseins geeigneter Messstellen nicht möglich. Auch würde in vielen Fällen die direkte Messung aller Größen aufgrund der Anzahl der erforderlichen Sensoren zu teuer. Einen Ausweg zeigt hier die modellbasierte Zustandsschätzung auf. Neben den klassischerweise eingesetzten Kalman-Filtern kommen am Fraunhofer ITWM auch robuste Verfahren aus der H∞-Theorie und Partikelfilter-Methoden zum Einsatz. Herausforderungen beim Einsatz dieser Verfahren sind einerseits die Modellierung der Prozess- und Messunsicherheiten und andererseits die Echtzeittauglichkeit der zu Grunde liegenden Systemsimulation. Illustriert wird der Einsatz von Zustandsschätzern an verschiedenen Anwendungsbeispielen des Fraunhofer ITWM. Dies sind z. B. die Run-Out-Kompensation im Rahmen der berührungslosen Drehmomenterfassung sowie das Online-Monitoring von Torsionsschwingungen im Wellenstrang von Kraftwerksturbosätzen. Als Beispiel einer biologisch/medizinischen Anwendung stellen wir die Nutzung von Partikelfilter-Methoden zur Analyse von Plasma-Leuzin-Messungen aus einer Studie mit Diabetespatienten dar.
