Abstract
Based on the industrial organization theory of SCP paradigm, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of cultural industry in China, and it reveals the common problems existing in the cultural industry in China, which has important theoretical and practical significance in perfecting the target and the approach of Chinese cultural industry organization. Meanwhile, the solutions towards the problems can regulate the competition behaviors between enterprises in the cultural industrial organization and enhance the market performance of the culture industrial organization.
