Abstract
Anomalies of pulmonary venous return and cor triatriatum represent a spectrum of embryologically related lesions characterized by the failure of the pulmonary veins to unite normally with the left atrium. This chapter elaborates:
1. Anatomy
2. Indication for surgery
3. Approach and cardiopulmonary bypass strategy
4. Repair of the mixed type of total anomalous pulmonary venous return (video)
5. Repair of a cor triatriatum (video)
6. Sutureless repair of congenital pulmonary venous stenosis (video)
