Zusammenfassung
Das Resultat systematischer Innovationsanstrengungen in real existierenden Unternehmen ist bisher marginal. Offensichtlich ist es bis heute noch nicht wirklich klar, wie man vorgehen muss, um systematisch zu innovieren. Innovation gilt aus diesem Grund immer noch eher als Kunst und weniger als Handwerk. Wir können daraus schließen, dass Innovation nach wie vor in wesentlichen Teilen nicht verstanden wird.
