Abstract

Additionally to defining tasks and the overall project organisation it is indispensible to equip the project itself with sufficient instruments so that responsibilities remain transparent and frictional losses at all execution levels are minimised. Some of the most important aspects in an implementation project are efficient communication paths and documenting the project progress. Escalation paths are part of all communication procedures. Documentation means consolidated progress reports for management, but also recording work progress in detail.
